Buying on auction section
Before placing a bid, email any questions you have to the seller to be sure about your purchase. Once you have placed a bid you are legally bound to buying this item. Exceptional circumstances can release you from contract. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Once you have decided on your purchase, please log in and enter your maxium bid. Fashion Exchange has an automatic bidding system where we will bid on your behalf up to your maxium bid. You will be informed by email if you are winning an item or if your maxium bid has been exceeded.
Once the auction has ended, the seller will need to pay commission on the item. Buyers and sellers will then be able to contact eachother to arrange payment for item and postage.
Payments to the seller should be made promptly in order to receive your item as soon as possible. Once you have arranged payment with the seller and they have sent out the goods, you can leave feedback about the seller. We would recommend using paypal for payments between buyers and sellers.

Buyers can then email any questions to you once the item is live. Once an item is sold, sellers should pay the commission ( 5 per cent) as soon possible. To do this you need to log into your account and go to auctions sold. Here you will find the link to pay commission. You can do this by adding to the shopping cart or paying straight away. You will then be able to contact your buyer by pressing the link to contact buyer and send them a message within listing of auctions sold.
